CAM (Community Association Manager) Continuing Education
Ed Klopfer Schools of Real Estate, together with Gold Coast Schools are offering the 20 hours of approved CAM continuing education correspondence course.
CAM licensees are required to complete 20 hours of approved continuing education courses prior to the expiration of their license on September 30, 2010. Rule 61-20.508(3), F.A.C, dictates the following specific requirements:
- 2009 Legal Update Seminar (Should have been completed by September 30, 2009)
- 2010 Legal Update
- 4 hours on the operation of the association's physical property
- 4 hours of Insurance/Financial Management
- 4 hours on Human Resources
- 4 additional hours from any of the above areas
Note: Students will not receive credit for completing the identical course more than once during the same renewal period.
