Prep courses for Florida State Certified General, Building and Residential contractors.
Our course is in three (3) parts. Highlighting and audio exercises of all the books and a 4-day workshop which can be taken unlimited times. Two (2) days of Business & Finance and two (2) days of the Trade section (contract administration & project management).
Workshops are given almost every Saturday.
The class is given live from the Sarasota classroom, usually on Saturdays, via ZOOM meeting at the same time for viewers at home.
Several steps are required: (1) Register with the Florida Contractor Industry Licensing Board (CILB) via Professional Testing; (2) take our prep course and follow the instructions and pass the (3) state exams with Pearson Vue, then activate your license with the CILB.
You’re going to have a minimum of 50-60 hours of study time in addition to workshop attendance.
